6月(yue)28日,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)2016-2017學年(nian)度“志愿(yuan)者(zhe)之校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”建設總結表彰大(da)會(hui)在留仙洞校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區音樂廳(ting)舉(ju)行(xing)。校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨委委員(yuan)、副校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)董朝君、深圳團(tuan)市委志愿(yuan)者(zhe)部部長(chang)李瓊(qiong)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)團(tuan)委書(shu)記(ji)張鋒興,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)團(tuan)委以及各學院分團(tuan)委書(shu)記(ji)和(he)600多名志愿(yuan)者(zhe)代表出席本次大(da)會(hui)。
總結表彰:志愿者工作穩中求進
大(da)會在莊嚴的國(guo)歌聲中拉開序幕。隨后(hou)播放了(le)視頻(pin)《志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)有你,青春(chun)更(geng)美》。視頻(pin)從(cong)愛“義”鵬城、“義”彩(cai)紛呈、熠“義”生(sheng)輝、“義”彩(cai)深(shen)職四個(ge)方面(mian)全(quan)面(mian)展(zhan)示我校本學年(nian)(nian)志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)工作(zuo)情況(kuang)。本學年(nian)(nian)度(du),全(quan)校在線注冊志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)人數(shu)為22393人,占全(quan)校總人數(shu)的91.44%,全(quan)校開展(zhan)志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)務活動次數(shu)3056次,服(fu)務人次為38101人次,服(fu)務總時數(shu)達159046.5小(xiao)時。其中,志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)務品牌項目(mu)共(gong)110個(ge),志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)務基地(di)共(gong)86個(ge),置換學分92人,志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)務證書963人。本學年(nian)(nian)榮獲共(gong)青團深(shen)圳委員會2016年(nian)(nian)度(du)“志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之城”建設(she)感謝(xie)狀(zhuang),被評選為2017年(nian)(nian)鐵路志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)“優(you)(you)秀(xiu)組織”,2016年(nian)(nian)廣東省暑期(qi)志愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)“三下鄉”優(you)(you)秀(xiu)組織和優(you)(you)秀(xiu)團隊。
會上,學校(xiao)和團市委(wei)領導為先進集體、團隊(dui)和個(ge)人頒獎。此次(ci)共評出259名(ming)五(wu)星級義工、100名(ming)百優義工、15個(ge)優秀基(ji)地、19個(ge)優秀項目,5個(ge)志(zhi)愿服務“校(xiao)長獎”,分別是深職文博(bo)會志(zhi)愿服務團隊(dui)、計算機工程(cheng)(cheng)學院(yuan)志(zhi)愿服務中心、機電工程(cheng)(cheng)學院(yuan)吳冰寧(ning)、應用(yong)化(hua)學與生物技術學院(yuan)卓佳維、計算機工程(cheng)(cheng)學院(yuan)倪秀欽。
隨后(hou),校(xiao)(xiao)義(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)聯總(zong)干事吳冰寧從背景、志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務儲(chu)蓄(xu)(xu)銀(yin)行數據盤點(dian)、年度志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務成效(xiao)以及存在問(wen)題(ti)等四(si)個方(fang)(fang)面(mian)作“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務儲(chu)蓄(xu)(xu)銀(yin)行”盤點(dian)報告。校(xiao)(xiao)長獎獲得者(zhe)、五星級義(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)代(dai)表(biao)卓(zhuo)佳維(wei)以“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務,遇見更好的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)己”為主題(ti)跟(gen)我(wo)們(men)分享(xiang)了他的(de)(de)(de)義(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)經歷,號召大家“繼(ji)續保持著做義(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)熱情(qing),奉(feng)獻愛(ai)心(xin)、收獲才干,為志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)、志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)城建設,為我(wo)們(men)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)精彩人生增(zeng)添濃墨重(zhong)彩的(de)(de)(de)一筆。”校(xiao)(xiao)長獎獲得學(xue)(xue)院計算機學(xue)(xue)院指導(dao)老(lao)師賀江(jiang)老(lao)師發言,以“‘ 走出去’,我(wo)們(men)更精彩!”為主題(ti),從計算機工(gong)(gong)程學(xue)(xue)院志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務概況(kuang)(kuang)、‘ 走出去’,志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務更精彩、反思與展(zhan)(zhan)望(wang)等方(fang)(fang)面(mian)介(jie)紹(shao)志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務活(huo)動開展(zhan)(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。隨后(hou),校(xiao)(xiao)義(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)聯和各二級學(xue)(xue)院義(yi)(yi)工(gong)(gong)分會(hui)學(xue)(xue)生帶來手(shou)語表(biao)演《在你身邊》后(hou),大會(hui)在激昂(ang)的(de)(de)(de)團(tuan)歌聲中落下(xia)帷幕(mu)。
內涵發展:打造“志愿者之校”2.0升級版
我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)自2011年(nian)(nian)(nian)9月啟動(dong)“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”建(jian)(jian)設以(yi)來(lai),秉承“德業并進,自強不息”的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)訓精(jing)神,始(shi)終遵循“十化”工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)機制,為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)城”建(jian)(jian)設添磚加(jia)瓦。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月,在(zai)(zai)深(shen)圳召開“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)城”建(jian)(jian)設工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總(zong)結大會(hui),市(shi)委(wei)市(shi)政府提出下一個5年(nian)(nian)(nian)將打造“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)城”2.0升(sheng)級(ji)版,這對我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)帶來(lai)了(le)新(xin)的(de)機遇和挑戰。在(zai)(zai)這一學(xue)年(nian)(nian)(nian),我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)正處于向“志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)之(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”2.0升(sheng)級(ji)版轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)期(qi),取(qu)得(de)(de)了(le)一些成效,主要體現(xian)在(zai)(zai)三(san)方面:第一,志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)與(yu)學(xue)科專(zhuan)業聯系(xi)愈加(jia)緊密。各二(er)級(ji)學(xue)院充分(fen)利(li)用職(zhi)業院校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)科設置和人才培養(yang)模式特點,將志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)活動(dong)與(yu)專(zhuan)業實踐結合起(qi)來(lai),組建(jian)(jian)了(le)40個專(zhuan)業志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)團隊。第二(er),志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)活動(dong)逐(zhu)步轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)升(sheng)級(ji)。一方面我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)者(zhe)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)從傳統(tong)意義(yi)上的(de)指(zhi)引(yin)、搬運、圍場等工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),逐(zhu)步轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)到參(can)與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)理(li)甚至(zhi)是社會(hui)管(guan)理(li)當中(zhong)來(lai)。第三(san),深(shen)職(zhi)義(yi)工(gong)已(yi)成為深(shen)圳市(shi)的(de)一張靚麗名片(pian)。在(zai)(zai)這一學(xue)年(nian)(nian)(nian)里,深(shen)職(zhi)義(yi)工(gong)第十二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)文博會(hui),第八年(nian)(nian)(nian)參(can)與(yu)春運志(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)等,獲得(de)(de)了(le)市(shi)民點贊。
未來,深(shen)(shen)職志(zhi)愿(yuan)者工作將緊(jin)跟深(shen)(shen)圳市打(da)造“志(zhi)愿(yuan)者之城(cheng)”2.0升(sheng)級(ji)(ji)版的步伐,打(da)造“志(zhi)愿(yuan)者之校”2.0升(sheng)級(ji)(ji)版,以創新發展的精神,擦亮(liang)“深(shen)(shen)職義工”的這張城(cheng)市名片,唱響(xiang)“志(zhi)愿(yuan)者之城(cheng)”的深(shen)(shen)圳之歌。
