為深入貫徹德智體(ti)美(mei)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)全(quan)面(mian)發展的(de)黨的(de)教育(yu)方針,全(quan)面(mian)落實《中共中央 國(guo)務院關(guan)于全(quan)面(mian)加(jia)強新(xin)時(shi)代大中小學勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)的(de)意見》精(jing)神,大力提升高等(deng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)學生勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)素(su)養,形成體(ti)現時(shi)代要求、符合育(yu)人規(gui)律、彰顯高職(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)特色的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)體(ti)系,8月(yue)25日至8月(yue)28日,由我校(xiao)(xiao)和(he)中國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)關(guan)系學院勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)中心主(zhu)辦(ban)、創(chuang)想家科(ke)技(ji)教育(yu)(深圳)有限公司協辦(ban)的(de)2020年全(quan)國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)導師研修班(中級(ji)),在線上會(hui)議(yi)平臺(tai)成功舉辦(ban)。
為優(you)化勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)師(shi)資供給(gei),本次教師(shi)培訓(xun)(xun)除(chu)了(le)邀請勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)領域相關知名學者外,基于勞(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)本身特質(zhi),還邀請了(le)企業代表(biao)擔(dan)任(ren)課程授(shou)課講師(shi)。共(gong)有(you)來自廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西(xi)、貴(gui)州(zhou)、湖南、江(jiang)蘇、內(nei)蒙古、陜西(xi)、浙江(jiang)等(deng)14所(suo)職業院校近30名老(lao)師(shi)參(can)加培訓(xun)(xun)。

同時(shi),為深入(ru)了解目前高職院校(xiao)勞動教育(yu)(yu)開展情(qing)況,今年3月(yue),我校(xiao)聯(lian)合創(chuang)想(xiang)家教育(yu)(yu)科技(ji)(深圳)有(you)限公司,對(dui)覆蓋生(sheng)源地30個省、自(zi)治區、直轄市的(de)(de)學生(sheng)及(ji)來自(zi)全國14所高職院校(xiao)的(de)(de)老師開展《全國高職院校(xiao)勞動教育(yu)(yu)現狀調(diao)查報(bao)告藍皮書》專項問(wen)卷(juan)調(diao)研(yan)。經過5個月(yue)的(de)(de)立(li)項、調(diao)研(yan)論證、問(wen)卷(juan)發放(fang)及(ji)回(hui)收(shou)、電(dian)話(hua)訪談(tan)記(ji)(ji)錄、數據清洗與甄別等(deng),共(gong)回(hui)收(shou)有(you)效(xiao)教師問(wen)卷(juan)221份(fen),學生(sheng)問(wen)卷(juan)2101份(fen),教師訪談(tan)記(ji)(ji)錄25份(fen)。
調研專家組成員(yuan)范苗(miao)就調研報告中學生素養現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀、目(mu)(mu)前勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育開展現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及問題(ti)(ti)、師資建設(she)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及問題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育與(yu)(yu)實習實訓相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及問題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育與(yu)(yu)校園(yuan)文化(hua)建設(she)相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及問題(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育與(yu)(yu)社會服務(wu)相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及問題(ti)(ti)等(deng)內容進行分享,讓研修班的(de)(de)(de)學員(yuan)們從(cong)數據中更科學更全面的(de)(de)(de)了解目(mu)(mu)前勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育在高職院(yuan)校中開展的(de)(de)(de)情況。
研(yan)修班4天的(de)課(ke)程涵蓋(gai)勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育理論知識(shi)(shi)、相(xiang)關政策(ce)導讀、實際(ji)課(ke)程案例分析、勞動相(xiang)關法律知識(shi)(shi)普及、人工(gong)(gong)智能下(xia)的(de)勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育等多個方面(mian),最(zui)后以電子考(kao)卷的(de)形(xing)式對學員(yuan)們進(jin)行(xing)考(kao)核。參(can)訓(xun)學員(yuan)紛紛表示(shi),將以本次研(yan)究班為新的(de)起點,進(jin)一步(bu)加(jia)強理論學習,重(zhong)塑勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育觀,為所(suo)屬高(gao)職院校開展(zhan)勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作貢(gong)獻力量;并希望(wang)這樣的(de)培(pei)訓(xun)能夠制度(du)化(hua)、常態化(hua),進(jin)一步(bu)豐富培(pei)訓(xun)內(nei)容,在條件允許的(de)情況下(xia),安排線下(xia)培(pei)訓(xun)課(ke),加(jia)入(ru)動手實踐實操環節,將勞動精(jing)神(shen)貫穿(chuan)師(shi)資培(pei)訓(xun)始終(zhong)。
