我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫(guan)徹德智體美勞全(quan)(quan)面(mian)發展的黨的教育(yu)方(fang)針(zhen),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)落(luo)實《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央 國務院(yuan)(yuan)關于全(quan)(quan)面(mian)加強新(xin)時(shi)代大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)勞動(dong)教育(yu)的意見》精神,大(da)力提升高等職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校學(xue)(xue)生勞動(dong)素養(yang),形成體現時(shi)代要求、符(fu)合育(yu)人規律、彰顯高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)校特色的勞動(dong)教育(yu)體系,8月25日(ri)至(zhi)8月28日(ri),由我校和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國勞動(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)勞動(dong)教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心主(zhu)辦、創(chuang)想家科(ke)技教育(yu)(深圳)有限公司(si)協辦的2020年全(quan)(quan)國職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)(yuan)校勞動(dong)教育(yu)導(dao)師(shi)研修班(ban)(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)級),在線上會議平臺成功舉(ju)辦。

為優化勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)師資供給(gei),本次(ci)教(jiao)師培訓除了邀請勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)領域相(xiang)關知名學(xue)者外,基于(yu)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)本身特質,還邀請了企業代表(biao)擔任課程授課講師。共有(you)來自(zi)廣東、廣西、貴州、湖南、江(jiang)蘇、內蒙古、陜西、浙江(jiang)等(deng)14所職業院校近30名老師參加培訓。

 培訓期間(jian),學(xue)員們分別觀摩了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅副校長(chang)、我(wo)校人(ren)(ren)文學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)張克副院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長(chang)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)美術學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)杜(du)銘秋副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必選(xuan)人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)(ren)郭(guo)子(zi)琦、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東海涵律(lv)師(shi)(shi)(shi)事(shi)務所主任律(lv)師(shi)(shi)(shi)吳小(xiao)波主講的(de)(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)歷史演變、政(zheng)策(ce)解(jie)讀與(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)責與(yu)倫(lun)理(li)——如何更(geng)(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)理(li)解(jie)體(ti)面(mian)(mian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)素質能(neng)(neng)力提(ti)升”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)課程設計——臺灣(wan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)發展與(yu)實踐”“人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)時代下的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)融合機制(zhi)”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)安全風(feng)險與(yu)應對(dui)政(zheng)策(ce)”七堂課。專(zhuan)家們表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)政(zheng)策(ce)的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)將更(geng)(geng)加專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)化且惠及更(geng)(geng)多(duo)學(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資則面(mian)(mian)臨(lin)極大的(de)(de)(de)挑戰。從(cong)長(chang)遠(yuan)來看,應開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye),培養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才。短期內(nei),應根據(ju)學(xue)校目前師(shi)(shi)(shi)資情(qing)況采取(qu)多(duo)種措施,建立專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資隊(dui)伍。

同時,為深入了解(jie)目前高職(zhi)院校勞動教(jiao)育開展情(qing)況,今年3月(yue),我校聯合創想(xiang)家教(jiao)育科技(深圳)有(you)限公司,對(dui)覆(fu)蓋生源地30個省、自治區、直(zhi)轄(xia)市的(de)學生及(ji)來自全國14所高職(zhi)院校的(de)老師開展《全國高職(zhi)院校勞動教(jiao)育現狀調(diao)查報告藍皮書(shu)》專項(xiang)問卷(juan)(juan)調(diao)研(yan)。經過5個月(yue)的(de)立項(xiang)、調(diao)研(yan)論證、問卷(juan)(juan)發放及(ji)回(hui)收、電(dian)話(hua)訪談記錄、數據清(qing)洗與(yu)甄(zhen)別等,共(gong)回(hui)收有(you)效教(jiao)師問卷(juan)(juan)221份(fen),學生問卷(juan)(juan)2101份(fen),教(jiao)師訪談記錄25份(fen)。

調(diao)研專家組成員范苗就調(diao)研報告中學(xue)(xue)生素養現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、目前(qian)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開展(zhan)現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、師資建(jian)設現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與實(shi)習實(shi)訓(xun)相(xiang)結合的(de)現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與校(xiao)園(yuan)文化建(jian)設相(xiang)結合的(de)現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題、勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與社會服務相(xiang)結合的(de)現狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)題等(deng)內(nei)容進行分享,讓研修班的(de)學(xue)(xue)員們(men)從數據中更(geng)科學(xue)(xue)更(geng)全面的(de)了解(jie)目前(qian)勞(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)在(zai)高職院校(xiao)中開展(zhan)的(de)情(qing)況。

研(yan)修班4天的課(ke)程(cheng)涵(han)蓋勞動教(jiao)育(yu)理(li)論知識、相(xiang)關政策(ce)導讀(du)、實(shi)際課(ke)程(cheng)案例(li)分析、勞動相(xiang)關法律知識普(pu)及(ji)、人工(gong)智能(neng)下(xia)的勞動教(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面(mian),最后(hou)以電子(zi)考卷(juan)的形(xing)式對學員們(men)進(jin)行考核。參訓(xun)學員紛紛表示,將以本(ben)次研(yan)究班為新的起(qi)點,進(jin)一步加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)理(li)論學習(xi),重塑勞動教(jiao)育(yu)觀(guan),為所屬高職(zhi)院校開展勞動教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)貢獻力量;并希望這樣的培(pei)訓(xun)能(neng)夠制度化、常(chang)態化,進(jin)一步豐富培(pei)訓(xun)內容,在條件允許(xu)的情況下(xia),安排線下(xia)培(pei)訓(xun)課(ke),加(jia)(jia)入動手實(shi)踐實(shi)操環節,將勞動精神貫穿師資(zi)培(pei)訓(xun)始終。
