魯昕列(lie)舉了(le)人社部(bu)發布的(de)數字經濟背景(jing)下市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)39個(ge)新職(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通過分(fen)析新職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新知識、新技(ji)術(shu)、新技(ji)能(neng)(neng),突顯出(chu)(chu)工作場景(jing)變化(hua)對“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)建設提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯昕通過對工信部(bu)人才(cai)(cai)交流中心發布的(de)《工業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網產業(ye)(ye)人才(cai)(cai)崗位能(neng)(neng)力要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展示了(le)工業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網產業(ye)(ye)人才(cai)(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),系統總結了(le)人工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發展對高(gao)等教育(yu)動手能(neng)(neng)力數字化(hua)和實訓(xun)基地虛擬化(hua)轉型的(de)呼(hu)喚。
魯(lu)昕希望(wang),在(zai)“雙(shuang)區”建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)背景下,“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過程中,深(shen)職(zhi)院(yuan)作為“雙(shuang)高”中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“雙(shuang)高”,要充分(fen)探討(tao)如何(he)在(zai)粵港澳大灣(wan)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)政策(ce)環境、在(zai)新一(yi)代信息技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創新文化、在(zai)深(shen)職(zhi)院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工科特色(se)中發揮積極(ji)作用,構建(jian)新知識(shi)體系,構建(jian)新課程體系,顛(dian)覆專業(ye)結構,培養(yang)復合性人才,成為名副(fu)其實的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)世(shi)界一(yi)流職(zhi)業(ye)技術學院(yuan)。
