
1月11日,深圳職業(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)院“專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)1.0版(ban)”正式發(fa)布。黨委書記、校長楊欣斌在(zai)本(ben)學(xue)期專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)主(zhu)任能力(li)提升(sheng)培訓班上表示,專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)指導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實施的工作指南,是(shi)促進專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)內涵發(fa)展的根本(ben)保障,是(shi)檢(jian)驗專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才培養(yang)的質(zhi)量基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun),對于促進職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育高質(zhi)量發(fa)展、提升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量具有重要(yao)的基(ji)礎性作用。學(xue)校要(yao)以“專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)1.0版(ban)”為基(ji)礎,不斷迭(die)代完善專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),并開發(fa)課程標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)、實訓實習標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),技(ji)能等級證書標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),形(xing)成具有世(shi)界一流(liu)水準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)深職特(te)色的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)體系,為打造技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能人才培養(yang)高地奠定堅實基(ji)礎。
2019—2020學(xue)年度,為切實落實國(guo)家職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設要(yao)求(qiu),主動適應粵港澳大灣(wan)區及深圳產業(ye)發展(zhan)重大需求(qiu),大力推進數字化時代(dai)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)與課程轉(zhuan)型升級,持續提升人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)質量,學(xue)校黨(dang)委高(gao)度重視、大力推進專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。學(xue)校兩次(ci)召開教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)會議進行頂層(ceng)設計(ji)和(he)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題研(yan)究,提出(chu)了專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設的總(zong)體思(si)路和(he)明確要(yao)求(qiu)。校領導多次(ci)主持召開調(diao)度會,及時總(zong)結(jie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)制過程中的經(jing)驗和(he)存在的不足。學(xue)校成立由教(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)牽頭(tou)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設辦公室,設置五個專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組(zu),聯(lian)合一批職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家、一線教(jiao)(jiao)師、行業(ye)企業(ye)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家,共同研(yan)制對接(jie)國(guo)家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)、凸顯(xian)學(xue)校特色(se)、適應新時代(dai)技術技能人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)要(yao)求(qiu)的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。
此項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作歷(li)時(shi)一年(nian)有余,大(da)致分為四(si)個階(jie)段:一是模板(ban)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)階(jie)段(2019年(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)—2020年(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue))。教(jiao)(jiao)務處組(zu)織有關專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家和(he)(he)電子(zi)信息工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)術、通信技(ji)術、商務英語等(deng)三(san)個專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)團(tuan)隊,研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)形成(cheng)了專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)模板(ban)及(ji)樣(yang)例。二是培(pei)(pei)訓研(yan)討(tao)階(jie)段(2020年(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)—4月(yue)(yue)(yue))。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校出(chu)臺《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)(he)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作指引》《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)(he)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作實(shi)施(shi)方(fang)案》,對(dui)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵進(jin)行(xing)深入(ru)解讀與研(yan)討(tao),對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作進(jin)行(xing)了全(quan)面部(bu)(bu)署。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家團(tuan)隊深入(ru)各(ge)(ge)二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院進(jin)行(xing)培(pei)(pei)訓指導。三(san)是標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)制(zhi)(zhi)訂(ding)(ding)階(jie)段(2020年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)—7月(yue)(yue)(yue))。在專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家組(zu)指導下,各(ge)(ge)二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院組(zu)織進(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)訓、調研(yan)、研(yan)討(tao)與制(zhi)(zhi)訂(ding)(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。79個招生專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)制(zhi)(zhi)訂(ding)(ding)全(quan)部(bu)(bu)完(wan)成(cheng)。四(si)是審(shen)定(ding)完(wan)善階(jie)段(2020年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)—2020年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)(yue))。通過二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院內(nei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)交叉審(shen)定(ding)和(he)(he)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作組(zu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)審(shen)定(ding)相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校對(dui)各(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)進(jin)行(xing)了層(ceng)層(ceng)審(shen)核,各(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)依據專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家意見進(jin)行(xing)了修改完(wan)善,形成(cheng)最終稿。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)1.0版(ban)共分專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)描述、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)面向、培(pei)(pei)養(yang)目標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)、培(pei)(pei)養(yang)規格(ge)、課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)設置(zhi)及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)時(shi)安排、畢業(ye)(ye)要求、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基本條(tiao)件、質量保障體(ti)系、其(qi)他事項(xiang)說明(ming)等(deng)九(jiu)大(da)部(bu)(bu)分,其(qi)體(ti)例在遵(zun)循(xun)教(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)(bu)發(fa)布的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)《高(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試行(xing))》的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上,整合了相(xiang)關條(tiao)目,豐富了標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)內(nei)容,各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)具體(ti)指標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)均高(gao)于(yu)國家標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),并(bing)為專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)提供彈性(xing)空間,力求凸(tu)顯專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化、特色化,較(jiao)好地體(ti)現了數字經濟背景下專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)代性(xing)、先進(jin)性(xing)和(he)(he)高(gao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。
同時,根據專業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標準1.0版(ban),教(jiao)(jiao)務處組織(zhi)制(zhi)訂了2020級人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方(fang)(fang)案,選編了71門課(ke)程標準。隨著產業轉型升級步伐加(jia)快和職業教(jiao)(jiao)育高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的新(xin)要求(qiu),在(zai)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)模式改(gai)革、產教(jiao)(jiao)融合、課(ke)程設(she)置、“雙(shuang)師(shi)”隊伍建設(she)、“1+ X”證(zheng)書開(kai)發(fa)(fa)、教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)與教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)資源建設(she)、專業質(zhi)量評(ping)價、國際化發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)等方(fang)(fang)面,各專業還(huan)要進一(yi)步深入調研,不斷強化專業內涵挖掘與研究,持續迭代完善專業教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標準,為人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方(fang)(fang)案修訂、課(ke)程標準制(zhi)訂提供科學(xue)(xue)的引領,為學(xue)(xue)校轉型發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)、創新(xin)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)、高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)奠定堅實(shi)的基礎(chu)。
