技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復合(he)式創新(xin)型(xing)高(gao)(gao)素質高(gao)(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對(dui)(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)提出的(de)(de)新(xin)要求(qiu),符(fu)合(he)市場對(dui)(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化,也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人才(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)方向。全面(mian)推進(jin)“文化育人、復合(he)育人、協同(tong)育人”人才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革,對(dui)(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)的(de)(de)發(fa)展與教育教學提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),也說明了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人才(cai)培(pei)育的(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文化主體(ti)部門、教學輔助(zhu)單(dan)位,圖書館理當主動參(can)與到文化育人工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的人才培(pei)養理(li)念(nian),一(yi)方面要求圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推(tui)動書香校園,促進校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一(yi)方面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設的角度(du)對圖書館(guan)的具體工作提(ti)出(chu)了新的要求。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源——夯實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館(guan)永恒的(de)主題(ti),今后應(ying)(ying)有三個轉(zhuan)變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源的(de)文(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源的(de)針對性、有效性與文(wen)化(hua)特色(se),應(ying)(ying)進一(yi)步(bu)與學校(xiao)各(ge)部門及校(xiao)外(wai)單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)源、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)源建(jian)設,加強文(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素(su)養(yang)、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)的(de)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)規模,就進行歸納整理,集中(zhong)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)庫。日常采(cai)購(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)(ying)有意(yi)識地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采(cai)購(gou),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物(wu)(wu)館(guan)功能,收(shou)(shou)集地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)(wu)質遺(yi)產(chan),接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數(shu)據庫或特藏(zang)(zang)室(shi)。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)館是(shi)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代(dai)圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通過服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套(tao)基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿足讀(du)者(zhe)需求的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基(ji)礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業(ye)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教師或重點團隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科研活(huo)動(dong)中對(dui)文(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個性(xing)(xing)需求,其次(ci)要在服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下(xia)功夫,引(yin)進新技術讓(rang)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微(wei)博、短信、聊天群、手(shou)機(ji)圖書(shu)館、虛(xu)擬圖書(shu)館等,促進與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之地(di)。面(mian)向未來,我們提出(chu)(chu)除了(le)(le)要把圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資(zi)源信息中(zhong)心之外,還要建成(cheng)學(xue)習交流中(zhong)心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動中(zhong)心和宣傳教育中(zhong)心,實現由傳統(tong)大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新(xin)型大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際上賦予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動平(ping)臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年(nian)來,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規(gui)服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主題文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能(neng)比賽等(deng),保(bao)持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過(guo)教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會(hui),與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建立了(le)(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動搞(gao)(gao)好搞(gao)(gao)精彩,還要走出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走出(chu)(chu)校門,配合(he)教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動或師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。
協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
