
宋(song)李翔(xiang),中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員(yuan),數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負責(ze)人。雖說是今年(nian)初從管(guan)理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到(dao)數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進(jin)校伊(yi)始,宋(song)李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)(zhong)品(pin)格優(you)秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經驗(yan)豐(feng)富的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)堅力量(liang)。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)(wang)初心(xin)(xin),牢記使(shi)命”主題(ti)教育工(gong)作(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應校(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支的(de)號(hao)召,根據學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)院(yuan)有關“不(bu)忘(wang)(wang)初心(xin)(xin),牢記使(shi)命”主題(ti)教育統(tong)一部(bu)(bu)署和安排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)(bu)的(de)各項工(gong)作(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)建設的(de)重點,扎實推進各項工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開展,工(gong)作(zuo)中以身作(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服務(wu)于學(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才(cai),展現(xian)了學(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)書記應有的(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織策(ce)劃迎新(xin)系(xi)(xi)列推文(wen)(wen)、國(guo)慶(qing)70周年系(xi)(xi)列活動(dong)(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)年說推文(wen)(wen)等(deng)(deng)宣傳(chuan)推文(wen)(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生歡迎。

宋(song)李翔老師工作(zuo)中敢于擔當,身先士卒,高度自律。每(mei)天早(zao)上提前一(yi)個小時趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工作(zuo),下午最(zui)后一(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦(ban)公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建設(she),通過(guo)(guo)專題(ti)研討(tao)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動等方式(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)情況(kuang),及時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員反(fan)饋早(zao)晚修(xiu)情況(kuang)。積極通過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式(shi)(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai),及時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)以來,主(zhu)(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次,宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次。工作(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養特點,有針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理(li)念落實(shi)到(dao)位。同時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員一(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設(she)也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極傳遞才能讓(rang)新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與時俱進(jin),勇往直前。
