
宋李(li)翔(xiang),中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創學(xue)院學(xue)工辦負責人。雖(sui)說是今年初從管理學(xue)院輪崗來到(dao)數(shu)創學(xue)院,但從進校(xiao)伊始(shi),宋李(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)生管理工作崗位(wei)辛勤(qin)耕(geng)耘(yun)九個年頭,是學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)(zhong)品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)(zhong)堅力量。
自“不忘(wang)初心(xin),牢記(ji)使命”主題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以(yi)來,宋(song)李(li)翔積(ji)極(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)院黨(dang)總(zong)支的(de)號召,根(gen)據學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)院有(you)(you)關“不忘(wang)初心(xin),牢記(ji)使命”主題教(jiao)育統一部(bu)(bu)署(shu)和(he)安排,積(ji)極(ji)組織學(xue)院學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)(bu)的(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署(shu)、共落實(shi)(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)建設(she)的(de)重點(dian),扎實(shi)(shi)推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊(dui)伍,服務于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才(cai),展(zhan)現(xian)了(le)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)應有(you)(you)的(de)風(feng)采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

g)對重(zhong)(zhong)點關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)(li)能力(li)(li)和(he)應對水(shui)平。積(ji)極發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體平臺(tai)(tai)在(zai)(zai)思想政治(zhi)教育中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組(zu)織(zhi)策劃(hua)迎(ying)新(xin)(xin)系列推(tui)文、國慶70周年(nian)(nian)系列活(huo)動(dong)、強(qiang)國青(qing)年(nian)(nian)說推(tui)文等(deng)(deng)宣傳(chuan)推(tui)文,深(shen)受新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡(huan)迎(ying)。

宋李翔老(lao)師工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔(dan)當,身先士(shi)卒,高度(du)自(zi)律。每天(tian)早(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦公室,關(guan)愛(ai)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍(wu)內部(bu)建(jian)(jian)設,通(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)等方(fang)式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營造出(chu)團(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實地檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座(zuo)(zuo)談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動(dong)態,及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)(zuo)談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿(su)舍走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)(ye)和培養(yang)特(te)點,有(you)針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)理(li)念落(luo)實到位。同(tong)時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放(fang)棄引導教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),而(er)是通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)設也不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)于(yu)律己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正(zheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳遞才能(neng)(neng)(neng)讓新(xin)時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設與時俱進(jin)(jin),勇往直(zhi)前。
